A nonspecific term for intellectual impairment, memory loss, or mental illness

This term got 180 hits on 05.11.2016,  most in secondary or non-English language literature, with scattered use in the primary literature. Given its nonspecificity, dysgnosia is probably best retired from the working medical parlance.
