Definition A capability which is built into some models of Taser, a proprietary line of electroshock weapons used in law enforcement and the military, which is intended to cause pain and “encourage” compliance without actually incapacitating the target.
In the Drive Stun mode, the device is held against the target’s body without firing a projectile and can be done without an air cartridge in place or after an air cartridge has been deployed.
