Definition A wacky fad diet, in which the victim drinks up to 10 cups/day of a concoction of maple syrup, lemon juice, water and cayenne pepper. It has no nutritional value: it lacks proteins, essential fatty acids, fibre, vitamins and minerals. It leads to weight loss only because it severely restricts the daily calorie intake.

It is boring and dangerous.
