Queen of Sheba

A monarch–circa 1000 BC–of the ancient kingdom of Sheba located in what is now Ethiopia and Yemen, who traveled to Israel to chew the fat with and bask in the wisdom of King Solomon.

Their relationship is not generally thought to have been sexual, but rather of professional–assuming that being a monarch is a profession–and intellectual hobnobbery.

The Queen is of interest in population genetics, given the presence of non-African–Syrian–DNA in present-day Ethiopians, which could be explained by an alternative narrative that included royal hanky-panky and lasting memories of nights long forgotten.
