Definition A term that dignifies the belief that anything that Shakespeare* did or wrote is above criticism and should be blindly accepted without assessing the merits of the work itself.

*da Vinci, Einstein, Edison, Steve Jobs, etc…pick a genius, any genius. Clearly this is not a syndrome and is not used in the working medical parlance.
