A reference book written by the CDC* and published biennially (2016 is in preparation) with Oxford University Press, which is intended for use by health professionals who advise international travellers about health risks of travel outside of United States.
*The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Yellow Book covers vaccine-preventable diseases, malaria, self-treatable diseases, site-specific health risks, and discusses in detail specific infectious diseases that can be acquired in international travel.
