Population BombJoe Segen2016-12-05T00:03:11+00:00
A 1968 book by Stanford University Professor PR Ehrlich and his wife, Anne, which painted a bleak picture about the future ability of the world’s population to feed itself and warned of famines and massive starvation that would begin in the 1970s due to overpopulation.
The book and the Ehrlichs themselves were criticised for the book’s sensationalism and the inaccuracies of their dire predictions.
