CHEMISTRY, TOXICOLOGY 

A small volatile metabolite hydrolysed from gyromitrin. It is neurotoxic, hepatotoxic and carcinogenic and found in Gyromitra esculenta–false morel, a mushroom.

Monomethylhydrazine is used as a rocket propellant (go figure!)
