Indapamide 2.5 mg qd 5 mg 36 hours

Amiloride 5 mg qd 20 mg 24 hours
Spironolactone 12.5 to 25 mg qd 50 mg (possibly higher doses in select cases) 2 to 3 days

Metolazone 2.5 to 10 mg qd plus loop diuretic
