Definition Degenerated double-contoured dyskeratotic squamous cells with large, round basophilic masses. Corps ronds are surrounded by a clear halo, and are located in the spinous layer of the epidermis

Differential diagnosis Corps ronds are found in Darier’s disease, benign familial pemphigus, keratosis follicularis, warty dyskeratoma
