A rare condition (OMIM:186400) characterised by carpal and tarsal synostoses (coalition), radial-head subluxation, aplasia or hypoplasia of middle phalanges, and metacarpophalangeal synostoses.

The most recent report in peer-reviewed literature was in 1966 (Clin. Orthop. 47: 173-176, 1966), pre-dating the sequencing of the human genome. The defective gene has not been identified.
