A cerebrovascular accident seen in women receiving shampoos in a beauty salon, caused by bilateral compression of the vertebral arteries, when the head is tilted backwards over the shampoo sink, typically occurring in a background of atherosclerosis 

Clinical findings Transient vertigo, incoordination, blurred vision, nausea
