ANATOMY

Definition A space in the wrist between the flexor retinaculum, palmar carpal ligament, pisiform bone and hamate bone, through which the ulnar artery and the ulnar nerve travel in the hand.  

Synonyms Guyon tunnel, Guyon’s canal, Guyon’s tunnel, ulnar canal, ulnar tunnel
